01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and pk395 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pk395 website or associated services, you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the pk395 platform and close your account. Continued use of pk395 following the publication of any amendment to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of those amended terms.

02 Eligibility

Access to and use of pk395 is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• Age: You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. pk395 operates a strict 21+ policy without exception. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• Single Account: Each individual person may hold only one registered pk395 account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts.
• Personal Use: You must be registering and using pk395 solely for your own personal entertainment. Registration on behalf of a third party, syndicate, or organisation is not permitted without prior written consent from pk395.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion agreement, cooling-off period, or account restriction imposed by pk395 or any affiliated gaming operator.

pk395 reserves the unilateral right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension pending further review.

03 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of pk395 services, you are required to complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You agree to update such information promptly if it changes at any point.

• Accurate Information: All registration details, including your name, date of birth, residential address, and contact information, must be truthful and correspond to your valid identity documents.
• Verification (KYC): pk395 may, at its sole discretion and as required by its licensing obligations, request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• Account Credentials: You are solely and entirely responsible for all activity that occurs under your pk395 account. You must keep your username and password strictly confidential. pk395 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from the unauthorised use of your account credentials.
• Password Standards: Your password must meet the minimum complexity requirements set by pk395 at the time of registration. You are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP for additional account security.
• Reporting Breaches: You must notify pk395 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account, suspected compromise of your credentials, or any security incident that may affect your account.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pk395 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk395 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods:

• Mobile Wallets: JazzCash, EasyPaisa
• Interbank Transfer: Raast, 1LINK
• Bank Transfers: HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank
• Cash: Cash OTC (Over the Counter) via approved agents

Deposit Conditions: The minimum deposit amount is displayed within the pk395 cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your pk395 wallet within 60 seconds of successful processing. pk395 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. pk395 targets same-day processing for standard withdrawal requests submitted during business hours. Withdrawals may be subject to KYC verification and bonus wagering completion checks before release.

Funds held in your pk395 wallet do not accrue interest. pk395 holds player funds in accounts segregated from operational funds, ensuring your balance is protected in all circumstances.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

pk395 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the following general bonus conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses awarded by pk395 are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover or playthrough requirements). The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are fully satisfied, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them may not be withdrawn.
• Minimum Odds: Where a bonus applies to sports betting, qualifying bets must be placed at the minimum odds specified in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed at odds below the minimum threshold will not contribute to wagering requirement fulfilment.
• Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issuance. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry. Time limits are stated in the individual promotion terms and are non-negotiable.
• One Bonus Per Transaction: Only one bonus may be applied per deposit transaction unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Bonuses cannot be combined or stacked unless pk395 expressly permits this in writing.
• Abuse Prevention: pk395 reserves the right to void bonus funds, winnings, and withdraw withdrawal rights from any user who, in pk395's reasonable opinion, is abusing the bonus system. Abuse includes but is not limited to: low-risk hedging across multiple accounts, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or coordinating with other users to exploit promotional structures.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity conducted through pk395. Specific game rules and sports betting rules are published within the relevant sections of the pk395 platform and form part of this Agreement by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: pk395 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including in cases of odds errors, system malfunction, or suspected irregular betting activity.
• Odds Errors: In the event that a market or odds are published due to a manifest error — including typographical errors, mis-priced markets, or technical faults — pk395 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Winnings derived from clearly erroneous odds will not be paid.
• Settlement: Markets will be settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for PSL, ICC for international cricket). pk395's decision on settlement matters is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described below.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the bet placement interface. These limits may vary by market, event, and individual account, and may be altered by pk395 at any time.
• Disputes: Any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or game outcome must be submitted to pk395 support in writing within 7 days of the event's conclusion. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.
• RNG Certification: All casino games, slot games, and fishing games available on pk395 use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent third-party auditors. pk395 does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk395 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening, operating, or using more than one pk395 account, whether personally or through proxies, agents, or associates.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or communication with pk395.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the pk395 platform, place bets, or gain advantage in any game.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider betting, or any form of betting based on information not available to the general public.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the pk395 platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, security flaws, or glitches in the pk395 platform or any of its games.
• Conducting charge-backs, payment reversals, or disputes with payment providers in bad faith after withdrawing winnings or using bonus funds.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward pk395 staff or other users of the platform.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk395 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, game content, odds data, statistical data, and any other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk395 or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk395 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, or publish any pk395 content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any pk395 software or game.
• Use the pk395 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by pk395.
• Create derivative works based on pk395 content or platform elements.

Any unauthorised use of pk395's intellectual property will be subject to legal action. pk395 actively enforces its intellectual property rights.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk395 excludes all liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of, or inability to use, the pk395 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.
• Any losses incurred as a result of reliance on information, odds, or statistics published on the platform that subsequently prove to be inaccurate.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action or whether pk395 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, pk395's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pk395 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

pk395 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also agree to the pk395 Privacy Policy.

pk395 collects personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and, where you have provided consent, marketing communications. pk395 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

11 Responsible Gaming

pk395 is unequivocally committed to the promotion of responsible gaming practices. The pk395 platform is intended exclusively as a form of adult entertainment and must never be used as a means of generating income or addressing financial difficulties.

• Age Restriction: The pk395 platform is strictly for users aged 21 and above. pk395 employs age verification procedures and will close any account found to be registered by or operated on behalf of a minor.
• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their pk395 account settings. These limits take effect immediately upon activation and may be reduced at any time without delay. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: pk395 allows users to set session time alerts that notify them of elapsed playing time, encouraging regular breaks and mindful play.

12 Amendments to These Terms

Where a material change is made to these Terms, pk395 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via a notification on the pk395 platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the pk395 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease use of pk395 and may request account closure by contacting support.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pk395's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence confer jurisdiction on local courts.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute, you agree to first submit a formal complaint to pk395 via the support channels listed below. pk395 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt. If the complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through internal channels, you may escalate it to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under pk395's gaming licence.

pk395's decisions on all gaming-related disputes (including bet settlement, game outcomes, and bonus eligibility) are final and binding, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process described above.
